Job summary

HPS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior leader to drive front-end semiconductor process integration for new-technology introductions, technology transfers and site enablement. The role owns process qualification, safe launch and ramp-up to meet manufacturability and yield targets.

The candidate coordinates with technology teams and stakeholders to guide transfers, resolve production issues, and ensure stable, high-yield manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• More than 12 years of front-end semiconductor process-integration experience.
• Experience in wafer fab production.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices, manufacturing processes and yield-improvement methods.
• Proven leadership of process-development, transfer or production-ramp programmes.
