The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in financial services, including team-building capabilities and a thorough understanding of the Payment Services Act. Responsibilities include leading the Singapore entity, managing regulatory affairs, and fostering local partnerships to enhance product-market fit.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services or fintech, including 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory guidelines under Singapore’s Payment Services Act.
• Proven experience in building teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and scaling of the Singapore office with strategic organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with the Payment Services Act and keep the MPI license in good standing.
• Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and fostering partnerships.
• Implement internal controls focusing on AML/CFT and conduct risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
