Job summary

ioTech Solutions, based in Singapore, is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to shape the core product architecture for an AI-driven platform that fuses LLMs with advanced solvers to turn messy data into verifiable insights.

You will own end-to-end development, build scalable APIs, collaborate with AI researchers, and establish deployment practices to turn prototypes into production-ready features.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python/Node.js/Go).
• Ability to own a feature end-to-end from design to production.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue).
• Experience integrating AI models or designing agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product engineering process, encompassing architecture, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain APIs that connect LLM-based problem formulation layers with core computational solvers.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to turn prototypes into production-ready features.
• Design robust systems for asynchronous, compute-intensive workloads and scale cloud infrastructure.
• Establish engineering excellence through CI/CD, testing, and secure deployment practices.
