Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks a Founding Software Engineer to join an early-stage team building a platform that combines LLMs with advanced solvers to turn messy data into actionable insights. You will shape core architecture and set engineering standards for the company.

You will own end-to-end product engineering, build scalable APIs, collaborate with AI researchers, and establish CI/CD and secure deployment practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, or Go and RESTful API design.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) for data-driven components.
• Demonstrated ability to own a feature from design to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product engineering process, including architecture, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain APIs connecting LLM-based problem formulation with core solvers.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate prototypes into production-ready features.
• Design robust systems for asynchronous, compute-intensive workloads and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Establish CI/CD, testing standards, and secure deployment practices.
