IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks a Founding Software Engineer to join an early-stage team building a platform that combines LLMs with advanced solvers to turn messy data into actionable insights. You will shape core architecture and set engineering standards for the company.

You will own end-to-end product engineering, build scalable APIs, collaborate with AI researchers, and establish CI/CD and secure deployment practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, or Go and RESTful API design.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) for data-driven components.
• Demonstrated ability to own a feature from design to production deployment.

Responsabilités

My client, a pioneering technology firm in the AI decision-making space, is looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join their team. They are building a transformative platform that combines LLMs with advanced algorithmic solvers to turn complex, messy data into verifiable, actionable insights. As one of the first engineering hires, you will have the opportunity to shape the core product architecture and define the standards for their entire engineering culture.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product engineering process, encompassing architecture, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain APIs that connect LLM-based problem formulation layers with core computational solvers.
• Collaborate closely with AI research teams to translate complex prototypes into high-performance, production-ready product features.
• Design robust systems for asynchronous, compute-intensive workloads and manage cloud infrastructure for scalability.
• Establish engineering excellence through the implementation of CI/CD, testing standards, and secure deployment practices.

The experience and skills needed

• 3-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development (Python, Node.js, or Go) and RESTful API design.
• Demonstrated ability to own a feature from conceptual design through to production deployment.
• Practical experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) to build interactive data-driven components.
• Experience integrating third-party AI models or building agentic workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.
