Job summary

Fano Labs Limited in Singapore is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the Customer Success team. You own discovery, configuration, development and delivery, translating customer needs into live integrations beyond standard configuration.

You’ll collaborate with the Engagement Manager and Solution Architect, designing prototypes, delivering training, and guiding projects from scope to production. Proficiency in Python, Golang, REST APIs, and cloud platforms is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years combining hands-on technical delivery with requirements discovery or business analysis.
• Experience with conversational AI, speech analytics, or NLP products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Golang and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Requirements: lead requirements discovery directly with the customer.
• Configuration & Training: configure the product and deliver customer training.
• Development & Integration: write production-ready integration code and connect platforms.
• Delivery & Scope Ownership: own requirements, execution, and project milestones.
• Documentation: capture recurring pain points and feed back to product engineering.
