Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate real-world challenges into AI-powered, end-to-end solutions. You will prototype, implement, and deliver demos and production-ready apps using the company's AI platform and modern development tools.

You’ll engage with customers and internal stakeholders, decompose problems, design architectures, and collaborate with AI engineering, product, and GTM teams to accelerate value delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field (CS/AI/DS/Engineering/Math/Physics).
• Solid hands-on programming skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and AI agents.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solution designs and plans.
• Experience building software applications, AI/ML projects, prototypes, or end-to-end solutions (internships, coursework, hackathons) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and desired outcomes
• Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solution designs and implementation plans
• Rapidly build and iterate on end-to-end solutions — including demos, prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications — using the company's AI platform and modern development tools
• Integrate data sources, APIs, third-party systems, and internal applications into cohesive, scalable solutions
• Develop deep expertise in the company's platform capabilities to maximise reuse and accelerate solution delivery
• Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and AI engineering teams, as well as customer stakeholders, to iterate based on real-world feedback
• Identify reusable solution patterns and contribute insights that drive platform improvements scalable across future deployments
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences throughout the solution lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with solid hands‑on programming skills
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including familiarity with large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and AI agents
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems using structured analytical thinking, and to adapt quickly to new technologies, platforms, and business domains
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across both technical and business contexts in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Experience building software applications, AI/ML projects, prototypes, or end-to-end technical solutions through internships, coursework, research, hackathons, or personal initiatives (is a bonus)
• Hands‑on experience with databases, data integration, cloud platforms, or AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants (is a bonus)
