Job summary

BES (SG) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build scalable AI systems and end-to-end workflows across BES solutions.

You will integrate AI across critical business areas, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready deployments. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, NLP, LangChain/LangGraph/vLLM/LMDeploy, and strong Java/Python/SQL skills. You will collaborate with Enterprise & Product Architects and lead end-to-end development from ideation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience developing complex models and algorithms, deploying software and AI solutions, with exposure to agentic AI frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and related technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, etc.
• Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, and APIs.
• Expertise in building AI applications using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM,LMDeploy, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with API development and integration (RESTful,gRPC, MCP).
• Experience in building secure, enterprise-grade integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc).
• Passion for applied R&D and staying ahead of AI advancements.
• Strong problem-solving ability and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Collaborate with Business, Product, and R&D teams to embed AI into workflows and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with architects to understand requirements and define solution approaches, collaborate with data scientists to transition models from research to production, while partner with software engineers for system integration.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment of AI-powered solutions across various domains.
• Lead experimentation and improve model performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer who can build cutting-edge solutions that drive real business impact, by integrating AI workflows across critical business areas.

You will collaborate closely with Enterprise & Product Architect and lead team to translate requirements into robust AI-driven systems, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready. This role requires a strong balance of applied AI development, full stack (frontend/backend) software engineer, R&D curiosity, and operational ownership.
