Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a senior AI solutions lead to orchestrate end-to-end development of real-world use cases. You will build demos, prototypes, and production-ready AI systems, leveraging vision, language, and multimodal models.

You will collaborate with GTM teams and senior stakeholders, shaping opportunities and roadmaps with a strong executive presence. This role emphasizes deployment across cloud and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong foundation in deep learning, with hands-on experience in CV, NLP, and/or multimodal modelling.
• Demonstrated experience training, fine-tuning, or adapting large-scale foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model development, experimentation, and prototyping.
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, including orchestration of multi-step reasoning and decision workflows.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience deploying AI systems into production environments (cloud or edge) (is a bonus).

• Operate in a zero-to-one capacity — rapidly building demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that validate both technical feasibility and business impact
• Leverage, customise, and fine-tune state-of-the-art vision, language, and multimodal foundation models to address domain-specific challenges across industrial and commercial verticals
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that orchestrate reasoning, decision-making, and workflow automation within enterprise environments
• Build intelligent data pipelines and workflows that convert structured and unstructured signals into actionable insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition validated capabilities into scalable, production-ready platform components deployed across cloud and hybrid environments
• Engage directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders, presenting AI strategies and technical roadmaps with clarity, confidence, and strong executive presence

Requirements
