Job summary

Arizeai in Singapore is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work with client engineering teams and drive technical solutions. This hands-on role requires deep AI expertise and business acumen.

Responsibilities include designing GenAI observability programs, leading customer technical discussions, and managing engagements. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in software development, experience with MLOps, and a passion for AI.

The role is hybrid, catering to candidates based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement GenAI observability programs.
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Build custom integrations and workflows for the Arize platform.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Engineering teams.
• Define and scale best practices for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
