Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with various audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Genuine excitement about AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to implement GenAI observability programs.
• Lead technical discussions and translate business objectives into solutions.
• Build custom integrations and workflows for customer requirements.
• Manage multiple customer engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Define best practices and methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
