Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team at JTC Bedok Food City in Singapore. You will assist with receiving, storage and issue of materials, maintain inventory records via the WMS, and ensure accurate picking, packing and labeling for orders.

You will help with stock checks, cycle counts, loading/unloading, and safe handling of food products to meet hygiene and safety standards. A forklift licence is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick, pack and label products according to order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading, inspection and storage of goods.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments according to safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements, company policies and SOPs.
