WOK & TOAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a flexible team member to support daily food preparation, handle customer orders and payments, and ensure clean, well-stocked stall operations in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, maintain hygiene standards, and provide courteous service to customers during peak periods and deliveries. Training will be provided for new tasks and POS use.

Formación

• Experience in F&B or hawker operations is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and team dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking to support food preparation
• Take customer orders and process POS and cashless payments accurately
• Pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders with attention to accuracy
• Serve and hand over food to customers promptly and courteously
• Replenish ingredients, sauces, packaging, and other supplies to maintain stock levels
• Receive and organise stock deliveries to ensure proper inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen equipment, and work areas following food safety and company SOPs
• Wash utensils, cookware, and equipment as needed to support hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer experience
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth stall operations
• Handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, carrying supplies, and cleaning to support daily operations
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak meal periods
