Job summary

SENG FOOD PTE. LTD. is hiring a Stall Assistant to support daily stall operations in Singapore. The role involves food preparation, customer service, and cashiering while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Salary ranges between $2000 and $3000 monthly, with training provided for those without extensive experience. Flexible location across multiple stall sites and duties during peak periods are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or food stall operations is advantageous.
• Training can be provided for candidates without prior experience.
• Willingness to learn basic food preparation and cooking procedures.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing of the stall.
• Take orders and provide friendly service.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with basic food preparation and assembling of dishes.
• Portion, pack and serve for dine-in and takeaway.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall and work area.
• Restock ingredients and operate supplies as required.
• Receive and store ingredients properly.
• Follow food handling, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support in other stall operations as needed.
