Job summary

AIM SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Food Safety Consultant to provide expert advice on food safety practices and regulations, conduct on-site inspections, and develop management systems.

The role includes training staff and assisting clients in achieving certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC22000. You will prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, stay updated on regulations, and support continuous improvement in clients' food safety systems.

Qualifications

• Education in Food Science, Food Tech, Microbiology or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in food industry.
• Experience with food safety management systems and/or consultancy.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and certification processes.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining food safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on food safety practices and regulations.
• Conduct on-site hygiene inspections and verification tours; document review.
• Develop and implement food safety management systems.
• Provide food safety trainings and develop training materials.
• Train production / kitchen staff on safety protocols.
• Assist companies in obtaining HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC22000 certifications.
• Guide clients through certification processes and pre-audit assessments.
• Liaise with certification bodies for smooth certification processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits and maintain SOPs and manuals.
• Monitor client systems for ongoing compliance and improvements.
