Job summary

You will lead audits, implement training, and manage compliance with SFS or Local Food Safety Regulation, relying on strong regulatory knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in hygiene, compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting audits and delivering training.
• Willing to work a 5-day week with weekend and public holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel.
• Ensure all food served to guests and colleagues are free of microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination, and work areas conform to local health authority requirements.
• Manage, review and address all matters related to SFS or Local Food Safety Regulation.
