Royal Palm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Food Hygiene Officer to oversee food safety, hygiene standards and cleanliness across the central kitchen and restaurant outlets. You will conduct inspections, monitor storage and expiry dates, prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with Singapore food safety requirements.

You will collaborate with kitchen staff, restaurant managers and operations to maintain consistent hygiene, prepare inspection reports and support HACCP implementation

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Food Science/Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of QA experience in F&B or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.
• Familiar with SFA/NEA regulations.
• Meticulous, organised, and a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
• Food safety certification or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular central kitchen inspections for hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, storage and stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure proper labelling, date marking and temperature records.
• Perform restaurant outlet audits and inspect cooking and dining areas.
• Verify handwashing, personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Prepare inspection reports and follow-up inspections.
• Maintain food safety records and assist with regulatory inspections.
• Support HACCP implementation and hygiene programs.
