Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate/License.
• Previous experience in central kitchen environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of food safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand forecasts.
• Supervise kitchen staff, manage duty rosters, and organize the flow of food orders.
• Oversee the entire food preparation and cooking process to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure the high quality and consistent presentation of every meal served to clients.
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards in all kitchen work areas, including food prep stations, refrigerators, walk-in freezers and the pantry.
