Experience in a restaurant or central kitchen and knowledge of food safety procedures are preferred to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all meal preparations and service areas.

Formación

• Food hygiene license required or preferred.
• Previeous experience in a restaurant/central kitchen preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Order materials, suppliers, and ingredients based on demand.
• Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
• Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
• Ensures quality and presentation of every meal served to clients.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer, and pantry.
