Job summary

AJUMMA'S HQ PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Production Manager to lead our central kitchen's food production operations. You will ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement.

You will develop production plans and schedules, manage budgets, lead teams, and coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and packaging. The role offers strong career growth and a dynamic work culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire food production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and cost-control strategies to optimize output.
• Lead and manage production teams, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Identify process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance productivity.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to inform business decisions.

Monthly Salary: From $3,600 onwards
