Job summary

THONG SIEK FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD is seeking a Food Processing Worker to operate bowl cutters, forming machines and other processing equipment in accordance with production needs and safety rules.

The role includes packing, weighing, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. The position follows a 5.5‑day full‑time schedule; part-timers are welcome with a 4‑day, 5‑hour commitment.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing English is required or beneficial.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical stamina and the ability to carry loads are essential.
• Ability to stand long hours in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities – Food Processing Worker (Food Manufacturing)

• Operate food production machinery such as bowl cutters, forming machines, and other processing equipment in accordance with production requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform product packing, weighing, and quality checks to ensure products meet the required specifications before packing into cartons.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the production area at all times, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow established production, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with other production-related duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job requirements

• 5.5 days work week for full time
• Part timer are welcome but must commit at least 4 days per week with 5 hours per day (exclude lunch hour).
• Able to read and write English (Good to have but not mandatory)
• Computer literate (Good to have but not mandatory)
• Physically Fit and able to carry loads (5-10kg)
• Must be able to stand long hours
• Discipline and follow instructions
• Fast-paced environment
