Job summary

57 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking workers to perform general production and packaging duties in a manufacturing setting. You will operate basic machinery under supervision, assist in loading and unloading materials, and maintain neat, safe work areas in line with SOPs and quality checks.

Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and must be able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Perform general production and packaging duties in a manufacturing environment
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision when required
• Carry out packing, sorting, labeling, and stacking of finished goods
• Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions from supervisors
• Conduct basic quality checks and report any defects or abnormalities promptly
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced production environment

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices
• Machine operation or production environment experience will be an advantage
