• Line supervision: oversee daily production floor operations, assign tasks to workers, and ensure output quotas.
• Quality & Food Safety: enforce compliance with food safety standards and ensure products meet quality guidelines.
• Safety Enforcement: maintain a safe working environment by ensuring staff wear correct PPE and follow machinery safety protocols.
• Inventory & Reporting: track raw material usage, log daily production outputs, and report any machinery malfunctions or delays to management.
• Team Training: train new line workers on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
