Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in business Operations or sales within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food distribution channels.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, spoilage rates, and other metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Process Improvement: Examine workflows and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track turnover, and manage spoilage to minimize waste.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and teams to improve order fulfilment and schedules.
• Reporting and Communication: Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulations in food handling.
• Problem Solving: Identify root causes of operational issues and develop solutions.
