Job summary

KOUFU PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Outlet Operations Leader to manage and optimise food court operations. You will oversee daily performance, implement SOPs, and drive profitability across the outlet while coordinating with landlords and authorities.

The role requires a Diploma in F&B or related field, 3+ years in food court operations, and bilingual English/Mandarin for effective cross-stakeholder communication. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working in F&B and its operations.
• Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with stakeholders.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to foster positive working relationships.
• Strong leadership with analytical and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office and Google Suite.
• Must possess Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the food court (aircon/ non-aircon).
• Lead and set directions and provide guidelines to the operations team per SOPs and workflows.
• Provide development plans to team members according to KPI.
• Monitor outlet Profit and Loss and suggest improvements to the bottom line.
• Oversee monthly stall rental collection and lease negotiations.
• Liaise with landlords, authorities and stall tenants.
• Prepare yearly sales budgets and cost control measures.
• Supervise tenants and cleaning staff to maintain service quality and housekeeping.
• Conduct regular outlet meetings and plan M&E works as scheduled.
