Job summary

Catering Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Stall Supervisor to oversee daily stall operations, supervise staff, and maintain quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will schedule shifts, handle customer enquiries, manage stock and cash, ensure food hygiene, and assist with cooking and cashier duties when needed. A 6-day work week and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food stall or F&B operations
• Able to lead a team and manage daily stall operations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety
• Able to manage stock, cash handling and basic sales records
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week
• Relevant food safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise stall staff and assign daily duties.
• Arrange staff schedules, shifts and breaks.
• Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality and portion standards.
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety requirements are followed.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies and minimise wastage.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales records and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Train new staff and report operational issues to management.
• Assist with cooking, serving and cashier duties when required.
