Qualifications

• Around 3-4 years’ experience in the Sales function within a FMCG environment.
• Demonstrable successes in various areas of Sales Management.
• Experience handling a variety of product portfolios in a large company.

Responsibilities

• Improve Retail Redistribution Efficiency and ensure delivery of goals/targets.
• Periodic verification and update of customer database and journey plans.
• Conduct field work and regular retail audits for standards adherence.
• Compile, analyze, and prepare Sales Performance Reports.
• Monitor the execution of promotions to enhance market share.
• Improve Retail Efficiency by minimizing costs and maximizing sales.
• Source for additional retail outlets for effective coverage.
• Ensure adherence to the Permanent Journey Plan with daily and weekly outlet visits.
• Submit daily sales reports while in the trade.
