The role oversees D&A budgets, uses data insights to guide business reviews, and coordinates cross-functional efforts for innovative launches and renewals.

You will drive S&OP forecasting, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver profitable growth across markets.

Aufgaben

• Drive distributor partnerships and relationships with PepsiCo and distributors to develop and execute AOP plans and hit annual targets.
• Align and drive the AOP planning process with Commercial Lead, Singapore Foods.
• Manage A&M and D&A budgets to optimize spend and monitor all expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and distributors to analyze data and prepare Business Reviews and Joint Business Plans with key retailers.
• Build partner capabilities by sharing best practices and leveraging internal strengths.
