Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager for the Global Concentrate Solutions Facility in Singapore. You will provide ongoing financial guidance to the site leadership, lead the operating plan, and manage forecasts, audits, and KPI delivery across Singapore.

Strong control and regulatory experience are essential. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in accounting/finance leadership, SGX/SOX exposure, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Accountancy.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance leadership roles.
• Proven strategic thinking and ability to handle complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan for the Singapore location and present to Support Centre.
• Review quarterly forecasts and track changes vs. plan with Cause of Change analyses.
• Oversee cost monitoring, month-end close, and ensure financial reporting integrity.
• Define Singapore Entity control roles, strengthen risk controls and regulatory compliance.
