PepsiCo International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Finance Business Partner Manager to provide financial leadership for the CMSPL Singapore plant. You will manage the annual operating plan, forecasts, and KPI delivery, partnering with leadership to enable growth across APAC markets.

The role requires strong accounting experience, Sox know-how, and collaboration across functions. You will drive control improvements and liaise with HQ on regulatory matters.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with accounting focus.
• 8+ years in accounting and finance leadership roles.
• Proven strategic thinking and ability to manage complexity.
• Sox experience required; strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual operating plan for Singapore plant and present to HQ.
• Oversee quarterly forecasts and reviews, track changes vs plan.
• Drive productivity initiatives with the management team.
• Monitor costs, revenue accounting, and month-end close.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with regulations.
