Job summary

Elevated Blossom Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated floral design assistant to create bouquets, stands, wreaths, and customized arrangements for events and funerals.

You will receive training if needed, work weekends as rostered, and collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality floral presentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates with or without florist experience are welcome.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
• Passionate about flowers and floral design.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle floral materials.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare bouquets, flower stands, wreaths, table arrangements and customised floral designs.
• Prepare sympathy and funeral floral arrangements.
• Assist in floral decoration setup and dismantling at funeral parlours, event venues and customer locations.
• Receive, process, condition and maintain fresh flowers to ensure quality and freshness.
• Monitor flower inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral workshop.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable floral arrangements based on customers’ requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

  设计及制作花束、花篮、花圈、桌花及各类客制化花艺作品。
• Prepare sympathy and funeral floral arrangements.
  制作丧礼及追思会花艺布置。
• Assist in floral decoration setup and dismantling at funeral parlours, event venues and customer locations.
  协助灵堂、活动场地及客户现场的花艺布置与拆除。
• Receive, process, condition and maintain fresh flowers to ensure quality and freshness.
  接收、修剪、养护及保存鲜花，确保花材品质。
• Monitor flower inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
  管理花材库存及协助补货。
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral workshop.
  保持花艺工作室整洁及有序。
