Job summary

24Hrs City Florist is seeking a hands-on Floral Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities across both outlets, ensuring smooth workflows, timely order fulfilment and consistent product quality.

You will supervise florists and retail staff, prepare rosters, coordinate production and delivery, manage inventory, and uphold exceptional customer service during peak seasons and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in floristry or floral retail with supervisory/ops exposure.
• Strong floral design skills and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and train a team while working independently.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution‑oriented with ownership.
• Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and basic computer apps.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work across both outlets, including weekends and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across both outlets and ensure efficient workflows.
• Coordinate order processing, production planning, delivery arrangements, and logistics.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources for daily and peak demand.
• Maintain procedures, handovers and a tidy working environment.
• Create floral arrangements and products per customer requirements and standards.
• Perform quality checks for freshness, presentation, accuracy and workmanship.
• Lead and train florists, retail staff and junior team members.
• Manage flower purchasing, stock replenishment and inventory.
