Job summary

24HRS CITY FLORIST in Singapore is seeking an assistant florist to join the local team on a full-time or permanent part-time basis. You will assist with flower arrangements and support retail operations during evening hours and peak seasons.

Applicants should have experience in floristry or retail and a passion for working with flowers and people, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. The role involves daily design tasks and customer service in a shop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrange and design flower gifts and bouquets to meet customer needs and occasion themes
• Assist customers with flower selection and provide friendly, helpful service during retail hours
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Work independently to complete assigned floristry tasks and retail duties between day shift (9am - 3pm) and evening shifts (5pm-10:30pm) on weekdays and weekends
• Manage computer tasks including email and internet use to support daily operations
• Commit to a regular weekly work schedule for at least 12 months to ensure consistent team support
• Work on peak periods including Valentine’s week and Mother’s Day to handle increased demand
• Attend face-to-face interviews as part of the selection process
