Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. is seeking a restaurant operations assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. You will help drive outlet performance, maintain branding, and coordinate stock and purchasing while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This position offers career growth opportunities and hands-on industry exposure in a dynamic retail environment.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Drive outlet operations, sales performance and business results for the department.
• Maintain consistency in product presentation, displays and branding.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist in recruiting, training and motivating staff.
• Maintain compliance with company standards.
• Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Monthly Salary: UP to $3000 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple Locations

Working Hours: 48 Hours

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Drive outlet operations, sales performance, and business results for the assigned department
• Maintain consistency in product presentation, displays, and branding by ensuring products, menus, and marketing materials are in good condition and properly displayed
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating staff
• Maintain compliance with company standards
• Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external customers
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager
