Job summary

H Plus Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee cleaning activities across multiple sites in Singapore. You will ensure service standards, safety compliance, and timely execution of schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily site operations, guiding and training staff, inspecting cleanliness, and addressing client feedback with management. This role requires practical cleaning experience and strong leadership, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning industry experience is an advantage.
• Able to commit to Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM working schedule.
• Willing to travel between different work sites.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Able to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Valid driving licence is preferred but not compulsory.
