Job summary

JL Employment & Recruitment Agency is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee multiple teams of cleaners across various sites. You will train staff, monitor service standards, and ensure compliance with safety and tender specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to organize schedules in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and public holiday work is often required; you will report daily activities to site management.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
