Job summary

Airbus Asia Training Centre Pte. Ltd. seeks a Flight Training Operations Specialist/Manager to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for flight crew training courses at AATC, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing trainee records, and delivering seamless training experiences for Airbus customers. Entry-level opportunity with permanent employment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in aviation, aerospace or aeronautical fields is required.
• 2–3 years of working experience in an aviation training or operations environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational setting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and trainees from registration to completion.
• Verify trainee flight experience prerequisites and regulatory approvals before training.
• Prepare course materials, grade sheets, and training paperwork for the Training department.
• Register trainees using company tools and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers' training departments during courses.
• Coordinate with Planning, Training, Maintenance, Quality, Customer Experience and Commercial Sales on training operations.
• Organise training records and certificates upon course completion.
• Handle training disruptions and changes with internal teams and customers.
