Job summary

WingsOverAsia Pte. Ltd. at Seletar Airport seeks a diligent flight concierge support professional to be the main contact for our private aviation clients.

You will coordinate flight logistics, communicate updates to clients, and support flight crews and ground teams to deliver a seamless premium experience while maintaining safety and compliance protocols. Ideal candidates are proactive, meticulous, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, able to adapt to rotating schedules

Qualifications

• License: Class 3 driving license (required).
• Availability to work a 5-day or 44-hour work week with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and 24-hour on-call duties matching flight movements.
• Mindset: proactive, meticulous, safety-oriented; excellent interpersonal skills and a courteous, team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual and service-oriented.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform day-to-day flight concierge support duties and serve as the main point of contact for our private aviation clients. You will work closely with both flight crews and ground teams to ensure a seamless premium experience.

• Customer Care & Hospitality: Coordinate and track requests for flight concierge and flight support services, including membership flights. Assist the Ramp team with high-touch client meet-and-greets.


• Flight Support Logistics: Monitor the progress of flights, assist pilots as required, and manage day-to-day coordination of private aircraft operations.


• Administrative Coordination: Provide administrative support for pre-flight paperwork, ensuring the correct airport and flight documentation is fully prepared for flight crews.


• Client Communications: Keep clients updated via clear email or text messaging regarding flight statuses and corporate updates. Handle and resolve client concerns in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.


• Safety Compliance: Participate actively in the Company Safety & Quality Management System, identifying and reporting potential hazards through our reporting systems to support a safe workplace environment.


• General Operations: Assist with additional operational or administrative duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• License: A valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory with a clean driving record.


• Availability: Must be willing to support a 5-day or 44-hour work week with the flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekend shifts, public holidays, and 24-hour on-call duties matching flight movements.
