HOLISTIC VITALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is urgently seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant in Singapore. This role offers flexible hours with a commitment of 3 days a week, providing an opportunity to work both in-office and from home.

The ideal candidate should maintain a high level of organization and support Consultants with their schedule while assisting in HR matters and ad-hoc tasks. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, making this a perfect opportunity for undergrads.

Qualifications

• Minimum Local Diploma.
• Undergraduates are welcomed.
• Age 21 and above.
• No experience needed (Training will be provided).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking.
• Be a team player.
• Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Consultants’ daily schedule.
• Assist in HR-related matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• Assist with projects.
