Job summary

VR LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and transport operations in Singapore. You will ensure efficient vehicle deployment, coordinate drivers, and keep deliveries on schedule.

You will plan routes, monitor progress, coordinate maintenance, and manage driver performance while ensuring safety compliance and accurate reporting. The role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with common office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management and logistics planning.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage drivers and respond to operational challenges.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
