Job summary

TECHPOWER ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a hands-on Fleet Operations Executive to manage day-to-day fleet activities for prime movers, trailers and trucks, and to coordinate onsite breakdowns with workshops, towing providers and vendors.

A Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or related field with 2–3 years in fleet management is required. A valid Class 3 licence, strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Company vehicle provided for work travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in fleet management or automotive industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence required.
• Able to attend onsite breakdowns and inspections when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations for prime movers, trailers and trucks.
• Attend vehicle breakdowns and urgent issues onsite; coordinate with workshops, towing providers and vendors.
• Conduct and coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing and handovers.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and follow up on repair progress and completion.
• Coordinate vehicle deployment, replacement and collection with operations.
• Liaise with workshops, inspection centres, insurance parties and other fleet-related vendors.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle status, breakdowns, repairs and operational issues.
• Support other fleet-related operational matters as required.
