Job summary

Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte Ltd. seeks a hands‑on Maintenance / Service Engineer to service heavy vehicles and industrial forklifts, owning preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a Singapore fleet.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, guide drivers remotely, and maintain meticulous maintenance records. You must possess own transport and a Singapore driving licence to respond swiftly to breakdowns and site visits, while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial heavy vehicles and forklifts.
Strong practical knowledge of heavy diesel mechanics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Adept at 12V/24V electrical diagnostics and remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across heavy vehicles (trucks, hooklifts, tankers) and forklifts to maximize uptime.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, perform repairs and component replacements.
Provide remote technical triage to drivers, guide quick fixes and assess breakdowns in real time.
Maintain accurate service histories, track parts used and labor hours for each asset.
Ensure compliance with fleet regulatory inspections and renewals (LTA, MOM LM) and insurance calendars.
