Job summary

XSQUARE Technologies is seeking a hands-on Fleet Management Software Engineer to design and deliver software that coordinates AGVs, AMRs, autonomous forklifts, and other mobile robots in warehouse and industrial settings. You will focus on fleet-level orchestration, task dispatch, traffic management, charging coordination, and WCS integration, with an emphasis on scalable, maintainable systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with backend software development and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and software design.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software services for robot assignments, task dispatching, mission execution, multi-vendor fleet integration, fleet monitoring, robot-state management, WCS integration.
• Develop algorithms for task allocation, robot selection, scheduling, traffic coordination, deadlock prevention, congestion management, and charging allocation.
• Develop and maintain VDA 5050-compliant interfaces, including order, state, instant action, connection, factsheet, and visualization messages
