Job summary

SRI KRISHNA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ship management professional for shore-based duties in Singapore. You will supervise Masters and officers, coordinate rotations, and ensure all licenses and certifications are up to date.

You will manage licensing with authorities, prepare fleet and compliance reports, and work closely with technical, commercial and operational teams to optimize costs and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years shore-based ship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations and crew management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Masters and officers, coordinate rotations and ensure valid certifications.
• Manage renewal of vessel and departmental licenses; liaise with MPA and authorities.
• Prepare fleet and compliance reports; coordinate with technical, commercial and operations teams.
• Monitor operating costs and optimize expenses.
