Job summary

NSL OILCHEM WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Executive to coordinate maintenance, inspections, license renewals and repairs to keep vehicles and equipment safe and operational.

You will manage schedules, obtain approvals, source quotations, and liaise with contractors to ensure timely servicing. The role requires a diploma or degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, 2 years in heavy vehicle maintenance, strong technical/problem-solving skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle maintenance experience.
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle road tax, VPC and SCDF transport licences.
• Arrange periodic inspections for vehicles, pressure vessels, cranes and other equipment.
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and obtain Fleet Manager's approval for external repairs when required.
• Source and compare quotations from contractors, vendors and suppliers for repairs, spare parts and maintenance.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all servicing and inspections are completed according to schedule.
