Job summary

Allied Container Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee transport operations and supervise vehicles and equipment. You will ensure daily status reporting and build strong relationships with drivers, internal customers and vendors.

The role includes coordinating repair workshop activities and supporting safety checks to meet performance standards, with additional duties in inspections and incident investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Class 4 license.
• Mechanical background in vehicle maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transport and manage vehicles/equipment.
• Update daily serviceable status report of vehicles/equipment.
• Develop effective relationships with internal customers, drivers and vendors.
• Conduct checks to ensure equipment standards and performance.
• Assist in audits of vendors for contract compliance.
• Assess work environment and processes to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily supervision of the repair workshop and progress.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and interviewing of drivers.
• Send vehicles and equipment for inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fleet Supervisor shall be responsible for performing the following duties include:

1. Supervising transport and managing vehicles/equipment within the company
2. Updating of daily serviceable status report of vehicles/equipment
3. Develop effective relationships with internal customers, drivers and vendors.
4. Conduct checks on areas of responsibility to ensure that standards of equipment and targeted performance standards are met.
5. Assist in conducting audits on vendors to ensure contract compliances.
6. Assesses the work environment, vehicle /equipment, and processes to develop and maintain a safe work environment
7. Responsible for the daily supervision on company repair workshop on repair progression
8. Assist in accident/incident investigation, Interviewing, evaluating & disciplining of drivers
9. Sending vehicles and equipment for inspections

REQUIREMENTS

1. Possesses a Class 4 License

WORKING HOURS

• 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturdays)
