Job summary

Tower Transit Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee vehicle servicing, maintenance planning, and a team of engineers. You will ensure safe, reliable fleet operations and adherence to company policies while managing resources within budget.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, maintaining standards, conducting audits, and mentoring engineers to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of engineers in a vehicle workshop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance legislation and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage workshop operations and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Allocate planned and unplanned work to the engineering team to maximise productivity.
• Monitor external contractors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Deputise for Workshop Planning Manager when required.
• Manage attendance, disciplinary procedures, overtime, and budgets.
• Develop continuous improvement culture and training plans for staff.
• Ensure parts are booked and stored correctly and paperwork is complete.
