Job summary

Lighthouse Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Supervisory/Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of a commercial vehicle workshop in Singapore.

You will plan, assign and monitor servicing, preventive maintenance and diagnostics for vans, lorries and prime movers, ensuring timely completion and release of repaired vehicles. You will lead 10–18 technicians, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of supervisory/ team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to bilingual colleagues.
• Possession of a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3/4) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the commercial vehicle workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
• Plan, assign and monitor servicing, preventive maintenance, repair and diagnostic work for commercial vehicles (Vans, Lorry, Prime mover).
• Lead and supervise 10–18 technicians, allocating daily jobs based on manpower availability, technical capability and job priority.
• Inspect completed repair and maintenance work and conduct quality checks before vehicles are released.
