Job summary

Hudson RPO Asia Pacific partners with a well-established financial institution in Singapore to hire a Fixed Income Sales professional. The role focuses on covering institutional investors and bond markets, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.

You will help drive revenue through distribution and execution of fixed income products, monitor market developments, and collaborate with trading and product teams to deliver timely market intelligence across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Fixed Income Sales, Bond Sales, Fixed Income Trading, or a related Markets function.
• Strong understanding of bond markets, trade execution, liquidity dynamics, and credit products.
• Existing institutional investor relationships will be viewed favourably.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ability to satisfy MAS Fit and Proper requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with institutional investors including asset managers, banks, insurance companies, family offices, and other market participants.
• Drive revenue generation through the distribution and execution of fixed income products.
• Execute and monitor bond transactions across both primary and secondary markets.
• Provide clients with market colour, pricing updates, investment ideas, and trade opportunities.
• Monitor market developments, credit spreads, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic events impacting fixed income markets.
• Collaborate closely with trading and product teams to deliver timely execution and market intelligence to clients.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's fixed income franchise across Asia.
