Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking an Airport Services Agent in Singapore to provide five-star service at the airport terminal and support smooth passenger flow while adhering to safety standards.

Key duties include liaising with check-in and transfer desks, escorting passengers to relevant areas, coordinating with GHA, and supervising staff to uphold Qatar Airways service quality. Must have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in Airline/Travel/Hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience with at least 1 year in Airline/Travel/Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with check-in, transfer desk and related areas for passenger acceptance.
• Escorting passengers to hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, premium lounges and boarding gates.
• Assisting the Duty Officer with company materials and records.
• Liaising with Ground Handling Agent (GHA) for hotel and transfer passengers.
• Ensuring passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
• Performing other related duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervising GHA staff during flights to maintain Qatar Airways service standards.
• Organising check-in counters and coordinating documentation issues.
